Once again Neil Spicer writes a good product. As no other d20 publisher has a book or pdf devoted entirely to diseases (that I know of), this is a needed resource.

It first looks at rules (new and old) for diseases and then lists about 40 real and fictional diseases. Among the real ones are AIDS, the common cold, cancer and rabies. The fictional ones include a couple that create zombies and ghouls, a pseudolycanthrope (with template and hook) and out of control nanites (with template and hook). Many of both types of diseases (real and fiction) have adventure hooks and a few have templates for those infected.

All in all, an excellent look at diseases for D20 Modern that should not be that difficult to convert to other d20 systems.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Excellent<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Very Satisfied<br>
